Spotify: Audiobooks
2026

Are you the type of person who cranks up the volume to max? The type who slips on your headphones and disappears — or lets your favorite track fill the entire room?

When Spotify launched audiobooks, the ambition wasn't to change people's behavior — it was to amplify it. However you enjoy music, audiobooks should feel just as instinctive.

We know that listening is deeply personal. So instead of presenting audiobooks as something new to learn, the local campaign Read Like You Listen captured the essence of music listening — the rituals, the volume, the emotion — and translated that energy into the world of books.

Because audiobooks don't require a new behavior. They’re a natural extension of pressing play on something that feels like you.

Our local 360° rollout introduced five bite-sized audiobook stories — crafted and cut like tracks. Designed to be felt as much as heard. The campaign lived across social, digital, and outdoor channels, meeting people in the moments where they’re already in listening mode.

A new chapter — in a way that feels instinctively familiar. Whatever your taste: Read like you listen. Blast it. Max it. Bang it.
